| I recently replace the factory contrast sights on my 228 and 229 with XS , not sure the model number/name, but they both have the big white ball for a front (tritium center) and the shallow V rear with a tritium bar in the center

| My older 228, 226's, 229's, and others all sport the Trijicon HD XR's with the orange front dot surrounding the tritium insert. When the factory night sights on my 365's or 320's dim out, the Triji's will go on them as well. At 61 years of age, I've learned that when you find something that works, you stick with it. (One of the reasons why I probably won't be keeping the Romeo I Pro on one of my 320C's).
