found a Sig 239 and 357 Sig and 40 caliber barrels unfired for $350 out the door. I just happened to have a safariland 6378 holster for it so I bought it. It makes an nice every day carry gun.

I'm thinking you stole it! Excellent deal on a great medium size EDC gun.

Very nice grab, that's a great price. One thing to remember is that with the P239 the .37Sig and .40S&W don't use the same magazine (per Sig). If I recall correctly the .40 mags will accept the .357sig round but the .357sig mags won't take the .40S&W round. I know it sounds odd but it's true. The mags will be marked on the mag body what caliber they are for.

Nice score ! The 239 is still one of my favorite Sig's and often finds its way into my fall/winter carry rotation.

Still one of my favorite Sigs of all time. I have 4 now. Two are .357 Sig. My only recommendation is to get some Hogue grips if it came with the factory ones. They are too thin and slippery in my opinion. Otherwise a perfect pistol.

FYI, you stole it for that price. You could sell the .357 Sig barrel alone for close to that.

Dyingtime,

If you need an owners manual, I have an extra original one in perfect condition.

Outstanding snag, at the price you got it. My favorite Sig and the 357 Sig is a great round. Only downside is the cost of ammo but there are deals occasionally when I stock up.

Talon Grips. It's all I use now. Unless I see a smokin deal on G10's, it's Talon for me.

Hornady Critical Duty is $24.95 at aim, several of us bought it at $19.95 earlier this summer for boxes of 50. But even at $24.95, that's still a great deal for quality ammo.

Excellent find! You could expect to pay more than that for the two barrels alone.
