I'm new here and just beginning to navigate, so if this has been covered please forgive any redundancy I have new 365 ( very impressed ) I purchased 2 12 round SIG Magazine, from two different retailers. I also have a Makershot speed loader. I have loaded both and struggle to get the 12 round in, I have managed, but with the 12th round loaded neither Mag will seat or lock , if I remove the 12th round they inserts as normal... I have not found any mention to this , both Magazine are Factory SIG parts. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Major 2,

Thank you for the reply ... Im familiar with search , had not found it here though, your guide was helpful. I had attested the issue was stiff mag springs may also be the Makershot loader I have for the 365 . I also had the stiff loading last round with my 10 round OEM Mags however not the problem of the 10 round mags inserting. So I ordered an Maglula UPLULA loader. Beside it will save my thumb for my 1911s

If the slide is not locked open, it can take a good bit of force to seat a full mag. You won't break them. Welcome to the forum! Just a friendly tip since you are new: Admin prefers descriptive thread titles and will generally lock one that is vague. An edit may be in order to start off on the right foot. This message has been edited. Last edited by: MNSIG,

ALL those itty bitty mags are a PITA at first. I had a Glock 30 that darn near needed a hydrolic press to seat the last round initially. Load it and let it sit for a week or so. Load mag from slide lock or give it a FORCEFUL seating. It will loosen up. "Guns are tools. The only weapon ever created was man."

My P365s magazines were impossible to get more than a few rounds in manually when new. I used a Maglula loader to load them to capacity (10rd, 12, rd and 15rd) Once loaded they worked fine. AFter loading them to max capacity I have let them sit loaded for a couple of months now... I used one at the range this morning and discovered they are much easier to load now... not yet to the point I can easily load them to capacity manually, but much improved... I think a few more months will solve the problem. FWIW CHuck
