A good forum like this is the best place to post and find information. The problem with Facebook is that you get the same silly questions over and over and over again because there's not really a reliable way to search for a question before asking it.

The switch to allow Yahoo and Gmail was a good one. I have had the same Yahoo account for 20+ years.

If hosting pictures is simply beyond the technical abilities of the Host, then so be it.

No more monkeying around than site-hosted pics and this site does not have to do any heavy lifting (storing).

And you get to retain control of your photos that way.
