My 75 Shadow T-SA and P210s. They're SAO, primarily steel so it's just like cheating.

I've got to say my 1911's first and my P239 in .40 second. My Ruger MKIII .22 is right there as well.

bac1023, my GT-45 Pardinis have been the easiest with which to shoot,small-groups pistols, also.

Alas, they are both the top-rated Jam-O-matics© in my entire collection accumulation .

Possibly the odd man out, but old school smith and Wesson revolvers are what I shoot best. Double action 5” fifty yard groups are easy for me and under 3” with a bit more effort. A 1/2 size uspsa steel target at 100 yards will be hit 5 out of 6 shots with a typical K frame in my hands.
I actually struggle to shoot a 1911 well

CZ Shadow 2.

Followed closely by the SIG P320 full size, with a Wilson Combat grip frame.

Both are very easy to shoot well.

A 1911 with a good trigger can’t be beat. 210 is probably second place, but it’s hard to find anyone in the US who spends more time with a 210 versus a 1911. I wonder if Swiss shooters have the opposite situation.

20 years ago I’d happily said 226. Today, for whatever reason it’s a Glock.

For all the expensive pistols I own, the one I can point naturally and be consistently accurate with is a CZ P01 SR.

P226/P228/P7M8

Really enjoyed the P7M8, but quickly realized I would need a large pile of them if I wanted to shoot them in higher round count classes as they do tend to warm up.

There are a small percentage of 1911’s that can match a Sig P210’s mechanical accuracy, but they are few and far between. The P210 is a superior design, in my opinion. They also don’t shoot themselves loose over time.

That said, many people can shoot a 1911 better, due to familiarity with the platform.

My 229 in .40 I purchased early 90s when they were first introduced, and my 220 Scorpion, have been dead center accurate day 1. I had to get used to my 239s, P6. Short aiming curve with my M11-A1
