RustpotRMR and astigmatism

I have a slight astigmatism that is noticeable when staring at a red dot, but not noticeable when staring at a target through a red dot.
It's comma-shaped when I focus on the dot, but perfectly round when I focus on the target.
This is what I was trying to convey. Looking at the dot vs. looking through the dot. I own a handful of red dots, all of which are not dots for me to some degree. But like I said; target focus, outdoor, daylight, world of difference. "Trying things out" in a LGS by pointing the sight at the wall, looking *at* the dot, and declaring "this one does it too" was a foolish mistake I made for years.

I only write the sponsored content articles I want to and I believe in Holosun's 507 and 508. I understand the hesitation involved with this brand, since it's a Chinese company. I really do, but these optics make people safer at a much lower cost.
I have watched several reviews by people like Garandthumb saying Holosun is very much an up and comer. I recently bought one of their reflex sights and while it certainly looks and feels well built the recticle is blurry.....can't blame the sight though....it's my eyes
