The P220-10mm is the only way to go. That gun is a fantastic shooter. The only issue I can see with it is its weight, which is good, @44oz, but which also disqualifies it from IDPA. I shoot it anyway, in local club matches, in ESP. No questions asked at level 1 club matches.

No! They need to make a full size, all steel 1911 in 9mm. My LW Commander needs a sibling! And I don't like my STI Trojan 9mm, so come on! Chop, Chop!

there are currently a half dozen people on Ruger forum that have had one difficulty or another w/ the 10mm 1911, offered by s.ruger.
