Out of curiosity, does anyone with an LDC II know if they fit in standard Safariland P226R or Mk25 holsters?

Due to the full length dust cover of this gun, I doubt it, unless you want to damage the holster.

I'd imagine custom, or one made with space for a WML would be needed.
