H&R Model 926 nine shot .22 DA Revolver. Bought it NIB at "The Powder Room" Gunshop in Powell Ohio in 1977. I also have a Colt 1911A1 that was built in 1918. I traded for it in 1984. It is an arsenal rebuild with an Ithica slide. Lock N Load Michael USMC Ret

Mine is a SA TRP 1911 that has over 5K rounds and has run flawless. I feel the quality of the TRP of old were guns made just under the QC as their famed FBI 1911's. Mine has been perfect. http://i.imgur.com/uMyFN1Z.jpg PB

I still have my gen3 G19 that I bought in 2004. It was my first firearm that I ever owned. I bought one after renting one to shoot. I had never shot a gun before. I loved it though my preferences have changed over the years, I’m glad that I still have it. _______________ #COMMUNISTMANBAD

Longest I’ve had: my grandfathers Victory Model he carried in WWII Longest gun I’ve used for work (ret. Cop): S&W mod60 5 shot 38 I used as a backup-still carry it off and on depending on clothing Then it’s my duty P226 I got in 2003-it’s in 357SIG ( but I’m retired and don’t shoot it or carry it) "Violence, naked force, has settled more issues in history than has any other factor.” Robert A. My collection has waned over the past 3 or so years, but I've still hung onto my Glock G43. It's duty is my office desk. I've moved to the 365 Sigs for most carry and nightstand duty. Nothing really special. An Overwatch Blue Line FALX trigger, night sights, some mag enhancements and good ammo. Men fight for liberty and win it with hard knocks. Their children, brought up easy, let it slip away again, poor fools. And their grandchildren are once more slaves. -D.H. Lawrence

My oldest is my grandmothers S&W Model 36, I forget the dash number Early 90s IIRC Most/longest carried would be my P320C followed by my P11. The Enemy's gate is down.

Bought the 6" M-19 Smith in this pic (the 6" bbl'd .357 at the top) while in USAF Pilot Training, Laughlin AFB, Del Rio, Tx. January of 1969...Found it, new, in a mom & pop hardware on the main drag out to the base. It's been with me ever since: Texas, NY (while I was in Vietnam), Colorado, California, Washington, Montana, Connecticut, Maine, & Kentucky. If by 'longest serving handgun' the OP means, oldest...then I have a DWM .30 caliber Luger made in 1920 that I play with from time to time...beautifully machined but with a Glock feel trigger, GRRRRRR. Superbly accurate on the order of an inch at 25 yds with well blackened sights. The 2nd is a 1943 Remington-Rand 1911a1 which gets quite a bit of use. It's a wartime baby that isn't beat to crap with a two stage trigger that I really like. Rod This message has been edited. Longest owned is my HK USP 40 which was the first gun I ever bought. Most carried is probably my 442 which is rapidly being surpassed by my Glock 43. Most shot is my XDm 5.25 which is my competition pistol.

My S&W Model 10, 4” bull barrel has been with me since 1979. Countless rounds have been through it since it was several years old when I bought it. That classic glass break trigger still makes me smile. "Prepared in mind and resources"

My oldest is an old H&R revolver in 38 S&W my grandfather bought we think in the 30's. Its a worthless POS I wouldn't even try and shoot but is a neat piece of family history. Much of his family was in the mafia so who knows where he got it or why he had it. Its not registered, it was in a box in his closet for 60 years Don't weep for the stupid, or you will be crying all day

As far as round count and the length of time that I’ve owned the gun, it would be a 1993 Beretta 92FS that my dad bought for me when I was a teenager. It’s seen a little over 54,000 rounds in the last 30 years. Still no problems. Still accurate.

My T/C Contender with the 14" 223 barrel and a octagon 10," 22.LR barrel would be the oldest handguns I now have. I bought them in the mid 70's. all at the same time.
