Mars_AttacksCarrying a smaller pistol
I made my "perfect" carry pistol with a 365, X grip frame, 12 round mag, plus installed the safety.
Other than that, I always have the Spanish Inquisition in a pocket.

92fstechI just can't get used to little guns. I can make a 365 work, but it's awkward, and even though I carry a P320 on duty every day I just can't warm up to stuffing a pre-cocked striker gun inside my pants. That's not to say I never do it, but it just doesn't give me the warm fuzzies.
Mouse guns are another issue altogether. I had a P32 for a bit, and couldn't hit jack with it. The LCP/P3AT type guns are similar. The smallest I go these days is a J-Frame, as I can shoot them very well, but they're not appropriate for every situation due to capacity limitations.
If I'm not at work, I'm usually carrying my P220 Compact, and just picked up a P229 SAS 9mm that I'm going to start carrying as a higher-capacity option. Neither of those are what I'd call a "small" gun, but they both carry pretty well and provide a degree of confidence that's worth the extra bulk to me.
