I’ve owned 4 different Staccato pistols over the past several years with my P Duo being my favorite. That was until I purchased this Tac Pro. This gun is simply amazing. It shoots so well and flat that if you miss, it is you and not the gun….lol. Accuracy is outstanding as well as the quality for the price compared to the Staccato. I paid $1400 for this gun. My staccato’s were much pricier and shoot no better. In a Bul convert now Big Grin .

25yds 5 shot groups are pretty much like this every time if I do my part.

You’re not the first person I’ve heard say similar things. I also wish I could shoot like that.

But you can’t be a cool guy copper with .25 cents of skill without a Staccato. It’s become part of the blue poser starter kit.

I agree. I have had four Staccatos. Now I have zero.

Yep. One of the larger local agencies here bought Staccatos a few years back... for all the admin staff. Only. Everyone else still has stock Glocks, but all the brass are strutting around with $2.5k 2011s on their hips.

Your tax dollars at work Roll Eyes. I'll bet that did great things for morale, too...

It’s ok, they also threw a pizza party. Third shift found a bunch of boxes containing peppers and half eaten crust.

That nobody bothered to stick in the fridge so they'll probably get food poisoning if they do eat any of it!

I couldn't shoot like that if I was standing 3 feet from the target with a bench rest.

Lol…..that is from the bench at 25yds, but I can shoot that standing at 7-10yds with the dot.

Bul announced the new models with a better optic mounting platform. I think my dealer is making room for the new models.

Got my SAS TAC 5” model delivered to my FFL las week. Picked it up 2 days ago. Haven’t shot it yet. Feels very solid. Slide to frame is very smooth, no play or wiggle. Felt like a solid chunk of steel. Reminds me of how it feels holding my Les Baer TRS.

Had some difficulty installing my Trijicon HD (replaced the counterfeit one I received from Sportsman Warehouse on-line order). The tolerance from the slide mounting hole for the Trijicon screw is very tight. Bul Armory stated 24 in. Lbs. Trijicon stated 15 in. lbs. I had to apply much more torque to turn it way down, though it still did not fit flush. I messed up the head a bit from the torque screw. Trijicon will be sending me couple of screws. I think the holes of the mounting plate may be off a bit and do not line up perfectly. I “may” need to dremmel the hole a bit. (I will investigate some more)

I am looking forward to the end of the year release of the COMP model.
