My EDC is shot weekly at the least, and gets a wipe down (but not necessarily a cleaning) every time. Usually it’s just one draw from concealment, on a timer, 2-second PAR time, for a controlled pair to COM at 10 yards, then cycle out all the cartridges, putting two in the bottom of the mag, load the rest of the cartridges, swap with the carry mag, and back in the holster with one of two identical backup pistols used for the rest of the session. This ensures zero is on (it has an RMR), and fresh cartridges are cycled through both the mags on a regular basis.

I blow the dust out of mine with canned air every 6 months or so. Important tip: Take it outside and wear eye protection. Back when I carried blued steel handguns IWB next to my skin, I learned that Westley's Auto Polish prevented surface rust. It was a great product, so it was discontinued in 2002. ____________________

About once a month. I haven't shot in quite a while with the shortage going on so a disassembly of the pistol, a wipe down with some oil and function checks are done. Only weapon I've shot lately is my bolt action rifle long distance since I can still find 243 Winchester. I'd rather be hated for who I am than loved for who I'm not.
