I have a few Sigs (and one Glock) in 7.65mm. They are fun to shoot and nobody runs off with my brass. Big Grin
You really have a Glock in this cartridge? What model sir?

It is fun and it's nice to be able to shoot something else with just a barrel and spring swap.

My 226 barrel that will be going into a Legion SAO very soon:

Three caliber Beretta: 7.65, 9x19, 9x21:

I started off with a Gen2 Model 22 in 40 S&W. I liked it because it had no finger grooves and had S&W stamped on a Glock.

It was in bad shape when I started, but after some work, it became something to tinker with. Most recently it was a 14" carbine in 357 Sig, but I was able to find a barrel maker that could build a one off custom.

I can swap to five different calibers and still keep the same Salient trigger feel (yeah, the trigger is worth more than the gun), but it always finds its way back to being 7.65mm.

One day when I happen upon a P320 X-Ten, I'll try to convert it to .38 Super. I've been able to convert several Glocks to .38 Super and later a P227, so a P320 may be next...

...Unless I decide to order a Model 17 in 9x21 from Italy. Wink

I've been wanting to order one of these. I have a P226 that was factory chambered in 7.65mm, but rarely shoot it.

For some reason, the magazines are different than the 9mm mags also, but I haven't taken the time to see why. The baseplates are stamped '7.65mm Para'.

Very nice multi caliber autos .38Supersig. You've got the only 7.65 P226 I've ever heard of.

I did that for a 9MM 220. have two (2) boxes of .30 Luger ammo. Can't wait to shoot it.

I sure did. I ran the ticket booth for 11 months. I did a bunch of bank deposits for Uhaul and the Flea Market. That Market is gone now.

Does Barsto still make the 30 Luger conversion barrel?

You may need to play with different recoil springs. I had Robert Burke fit the barrel and sent him a bag of Wolff springs. Factory spring weight in a 226 is 16 lbs and he used either a 12 or 13 in it.

I would think so, but, you'll have to call. They didn't list .30 Luger as an available caliber for any of the three I've bought.

Was wondering if jackpot41 was able to get their P220 yet.

Wouldn't be any fun without some pics. Wink

picked up the 7.65 over the weekend.
i will get pics up, it appears unfired, except for the factory. the magazine still has dried cosmoline on it, and the feed ramp is virgin!! so much for shooting it, probably will leave it unfired by me...

Cool!

Seems like the thing to do is get a conversion barrel for the caliber if yours is unfired.

Thanks for letting us know.
