I'm surprised no one mentions the thumb safety, available on the P365. I have both guns, and for carry, I always go to the P365 with the thumb safety. Clicking it off on the draw is 2nd nature to me.

Hard pass. I'm not interested in a thumb safety on pretty much any handgun except for a Single Action (1911, etc...).
