Thanks. Some elbow grease was used before these pics. Shop owner said, he picked it up in an estate sale… and I’m thinking, maybe I should frequent these type of events.

Did it come w/ the original box? I believe the box label is the only way to tell if the nickel was OEM or not.

- there is no original box
- I have no documentation from sig of its authenticity

It’s just a beautiful old sig, that’s in great condition. It was priced accordingly. I do have a 226 with the aforementioned characteristics, thought this could be a fun shooter. It cleaned up so nicely though, and I believe has the potential to be an actual German ni… might just leave it in the safe.

The U 124 is about 1985. I believe the "factory" nickel began around '89.

But it is still a fine pistol and finish even if it is not a "factory" article.
