For ME:
DA/SA=Sig 9mm or HK P30 LEM 9
Striker fired= Glock 9mm
If it's a .45= 1911
Suppressed= HK in .45
I like anything in 10mm

I am glad they are selling these again. Thanks for sharing.

The 1911 is probably my favorite platform, as it fits my hand better than everything other than a BHP, and the trigger is the best of all I've used/felt.

I put in my order in late May 2025, my order finally came up mid January.

I grabbed a pair of Service Grade and received a Colt and a Remington Rand with the frames dating to 1944 and 1945. Barrels were both early 90's, an 80's contract slide on the Colt, a replacement Remington Rand slide to match the frame on the other, and I'm sure a whole mixture of different parts inside. The trigger on the Colt is pretty stout and could likely use a little love.

Once you're contacted about your order being ready to process you can checkout online and choose grades and quantity. The pistols were at my FFL in less than a week after the online order.

CMP 1911 Program actually re-started about a year ago. They are in the middle of what is referred to as "Round 5".

I bought one in "Round 2" in 2022 (RR / RR) and one in "Round 4" in 2024 (Colt / Colt), less than a month before the shutdown.

my RGN was aftert the shutdown, did not think they would restart

when I got the call about a month after the restart, I got 2 service grades

got lucky,
Colt Frame/slide/ barrel and an Ithaca with correct barrel etc too

grips on one are Korean era replacements,

otherwise very happy
