Got this for a steal on Gunbroker. I threw out a lowball bid and won. Couldn't believe it.

For ME:
DA/SA=Sig 9mm or HK P30 LEM 9
Striker fired= Glock 9mm
If it's a .45= 1911
Suppressed= HK in .45
I like anything in 10mm

Nifty.

I was tempted to grab one of these back when SOS was selling some fancy LE trade-in metal M&P 2.0s for not much more than a basic polymer M&P 2.0, but I dragged my feet, and they were gone by the time I came back to it.

I'm not big on the M&P, but I like that they are doing this. Have you shot it yet? How does it compare to a standard plastic M&P?

Different, but along the same lines, I just ordered an AXG grip module for a P320 this past week. I've been wanting to try one for years, but the $300-$400 price tag kept turning me off. I told myself there's no way it could make the gun do anything that much better. I finally found one for just under $200, which is still kinda steep, but I'm finally gonna find out if it's really worth it or not.

Come on you can't tease us like that. How low ball was this bid?

They are very good guns. I have two, a 4” model like yours and the Competitor model that I shoot in Steel Challenge matches.
The trigger is much improved.
The metal frame just feels more substantial than polymer. They carry well.
Enjoy.

Why on earth would any agency trade them in? How can you beat perfection?

Congrats. I had an M&P full size pistol I bought cheap and sold it to a friend as he needed something and really liked mine. The polymer version I had was fantastic and I can only imagine how that will be for you. They are solid guns and the new trigger is nothing short of amazing.

I always wanted a gen 3 Smith all metal pistol. This makes more sense as the support is still there.
