Let’s keep it simple, I made a mistake, my fault only with a Gray Guns order from a third party vendor. The vendor didn’t want to help but Gray Guns did. Gray Guns’ service/resolution was simply OUTSTANDING in resolving MY mistake!!!
We already know the quality of GGI parts and their service but I thought a new shout-out was more than appropriate.
Thanks again to my CS service rep (you know who you are) and Bruce for having the vision to put together such an outstanding shop!

I called in to CS at Gray guns and the rep talked me through an HK short reset install. Reset parts in the frame was no problem--trick was putting the plunger back into the slide after replacing the spring. 10 minutes on the phone and install was complete.

Was just thinking that we haven't seen Bruce on here in a long time. Not surprised at the OP though. Can't say I can recall anything negative about GG being posted here, they seem to be right up there with Mimi's for CS.
