| I swear I had something for this |
The Staccato CS was an updated model that doesn't use regular 2011 magazines and was a compact G19 sized Staccato. It won't have the same grip of a Staccato P and the alloy frame will also be lighter than the P's steel frame. It's also discontinued and magazines are getting harder to find. For the 2nd part, I'll get back to you later.

Glock 21, i love .45, i love having a lot of little fat stubby rounds in one package, but hate the feel of a Glock, I'll take it out of the safe and shoot it occasionally but until the apocalypse hits I'll stick with my 239 and 229

I just can't really get into any HK handguns. They are good quality, but they just don't do it for me. ________________________________________ -- Fear is the mind-killer. Those MJD Grips are almost perfect. If I do buy another 2011, I'll be adding one to it.

Staccato seems to be what all the cool kids are running. One good thing is it seems the 2011 explosion in the last 10 years or so has resulted in a lot of the nagging issues in the platform being worked out. I shot an acquaintances staccato not too long ago, and a couple others over time. Nice guns, for sure. But the investment in gun mags holsters etc, is a bridge to far for me. I still carry a stock glock 19 ( even the original plastic sights) shot a match with about 250 entries and I was one of probably a dozen shooters still running irons. My squad mates sort of ribbing me about getting into the 21st century were rather surprised when my lowly gun without a red dot in a concealment holster put me finishing the match much higher than them !

Skip the RMR and have a look at the RMR HD. Honestly, if it’s just a gamer gun, get an SRO and be done with it. The vertical window size will allow you to fully track the dot during the recoil cycle. What you give up with that vs the RMR HD is forward facing auto brightness adjustment. I don’t love the brightness adjustment gaps on the SRO, and I think plainly put that someone else needs to come up and knock it off the pedestal. ______________________________________________ "If the truth shall kill them, let them die.” Endeavoring to master the subtle art of the grapefruit spoon.
