In the winter, I sometimes carry larger pistols, particularly to church or where I perceive the threat potential to be more likely:

*P226 (2002 model, milled steel slide with German frame, no rail, in a Blade Tech OWB pancake).
*Springfield Armory MC Operator 1911 (230 +P HST in Wilson ETM mags; Bravo Concealment kydex holster with 2 spare mags. I use a 1.5" Wilderness Tactical FF belt).
*Glock 19/Glock 26.

These would be my top 3 carry guns for the last 4-5 years. My 365 is configured with a Wilson XL frame and 12rd mags because I shoot it better than the smaller frame.

Depends...I either carry a 66-1 and a M&P 340...



...or if going someplace of questionable demographics, I carry two 66-1s and a M&P 340.

1. Glock G45MOS with Holosun SCS, in a Wright Leather Works Marshal ROR and WLW double mag pouch.
2. CZ P-01 Omega, in a Wright Leather Works Predator and WLW double mag pouch.
3. Sig M11-A1, in an old Dillon Leather (Askins Avenger-style) and double mag pouch or 2 single mag pouches.

Have also carried Sig P229/.40 for several years. On occasion I carry my CZ 75B Omega Convertible.
Sometimes carry a Sig P232 or Taurus M85 in an ankle holster as a BUG.

Way back in the late ‘80’s when I first started carrying, it was my Ruger P-89DC. Later I carried my HK USP-C/.40.

My all time fav is my beloved Glock 42 with the US Flag on the slide. Yeah, I know, it's only a 380, and even my new grandson, a Lieutenant on the Philadelphia PD chided me about the caliber a bit, but it shoots well, almost zero recoil, is very small, carries IWB quite securely and certainly is not noticeable. I had trouble with the trigger being awful and you guys helped me with that. Nothing for me not to like.

Next is the Glock 43-nothing special about it, carries nearly as well as the 42 and, like the 42 had Pearce +1s and night sights.

Next my Glock 43X, slightly bigger than the 43, with more magazine capacity and night sights.

Then my P365XL-not much to say about it-just as it comes from the factory.

I only carry IWB, carry a spare mag in a Snagmag in my left pocket and try my darnedest to avoid any trouble with anyone.

I do the cargo shorts pocket sometimes, but not for long, it bothers me when it bounces up against my leg after a while,

In order:

Sig 365 SAS pocket carry with a 15 round spare mag.

Sig 365 XL with 2 extra mags in a shoulder holster when I can wear a cover garment in the few cool months we have here.

S&W 642 with a speed strip when the others won't work.

All loaded with Speer Gold Dots.

I’ve got a ton of options in the safe and may carry any of them based on needs or just mood, but thise are probably the top 3. I’ve got a VP9 that may be edging the Glock out.
