LtJLUgly Sig - my fault!
it's not exactly ugly, it's more like wearing a striped tie with a plaid shirt.

It is much uglier than the picture shows. I am definitely going to put the plastic grips back on my pistol.
I think that the grips look good.

They do, just not on that pistol. Probably be sharp on a BSS, an all stainless, or a nickel pistol. I think LtJL hit the nail on the head.
Thankfully, it is an easy fix.

1lowlifeThat rail makes your Sig ugly..
With the rail, no grips will make it any prettier......

My God! Snap out of it, man. That's crazy talk. The rail is wonderful.
What I did was take a perfectly nice two-tone and turned it into a three-tone, which is a terrible thing to do. (I must have been drunk.)

WarhorseI thought they looked good.
Then again, you have to realize that my wife helps me pick out new clothes at the store.

PGTI put some Hogue MaGrips on mine; they feel terrific in hand.

egregoreI wouldn't say ugly, exactly. But even the most beautifully figured and crafted wood just doesn't, somehow, look right on the utilitarian SIG. It would be like putting a flying angel hood ornament on an A-10.

soggy_spinoutStill feels like all of this is carving a mountain out of a molehill. Or like the commercial with three raccoons where one says this garbage is awful tasting but you gotta try it anyways. In the end it comes down to personal preference.

Phantom229At least it’s unique....
Situation awareness is defined as a continuous extraction of environmental information, integration of this information with previous knowledge to form a coherent mental picture in directing further perception and anticipating future events. Simply put, situational awareness mean knowing what is going on around you. December 26, 2017, 08:36 AM

Whats wrong with a hood ornament on an A-10?
Used guns deserve a home too

wolfe 21That angel may very well be a fitting hood ornament. All depends on which side of the fight you're on.
OP, I like green or black/gray G10 on my Sigs. I don't have a combat though, so I can't vouch for how they would look on that color frame.
A Perpetual Disappointment...
