For real?
| Depends on which gun I grab. I carry a mix of Federal 147gr HST, Hornady 135gr +P, and Speer 124gr +P gold dot. It just depends on what's nearby when I decide to load magazines.

| Otay, I have to say it. 125gr JHP Speer Bonded Unicore but it is in a necked down 10mm cartridge.

| Either 124gr HST or 124gr Gold Dot, both standard velocity. Although I'm gradually shifting more toward the 147gr HST (I've always been more a "bigger heavier bullet is better" guy, although I do understand that modern bullet designs have narrowed the gap). That said, my normal carry gun and my nightstand gun are both 1911 .45's, loaded with 230gr HST. |
