The pierce +0 and +1 extensions only add length at the front of the grip, which isn't really problematic for carry. It's the heel of the grip that prints.

And with a G-26, the Pearce +1 actually adds two rounds.

I think so, they aid stability without adding grip length..

I've never been able to get more than just one extra round in.

I always carry the 26 with a GAP on the mag in the gun, and the extra mag has a +1. I like the added purchase in pulling the mag from the carrier.

Picked up a Glock 20 today. Always wanted a 10mm, so what better than a Glock 20!

GLOCK rear sights

I guess my point was these new TFX sights can be found cheaper than Truglo's MSRP if you shop around.. Wink

I bought my Trijicon HD sights, for my G33, on Amazon for about $130.

Amazon - Trijicon Glock HD Night Sight Set

They retail from Trijicon for $157.00:

Trijicon HD sights

I've never been a fan of TFO sights because they are so damn long.
But I might just get a set of those TFX sights for that G26 that is going to be designated to be a, locked in the console safe, truck gun...

Many thanks. CTD has them for $105. Now that you bring up your G33, my 33 may end up being my next project. Big Grin

I really like that stippling job!

I just tossed out a few bucks on my G-21 & G-30. Guide rods, spring packages and Vickers Mag Releases.... Looks like it might be heading off to LiteFighter. Wink

I looked around at several stipplers before going with Chris at LightFighter. I knew I was going to pay for quality, so I was prepared for the hit. LFI had a 15% off deal all January, so mine was a little less. I'd been getting lead times of up to 2 months from some other contenders, but Chris had mine back to me in 9 days, door-to-door (would've been 8 if the mail came before noon). I was also happy to support a wounded veteran. At risk of sounding like I'm dragging my sac over him, I'll add he sent me text messages at every step to ascertain exactly what I wanted.

To me it is. I prefer the more aggressive texture and the larger control surface of the mag catch. Plus you do get an extra magazine over the Gen3.

Nice. That's not a bad way to join the club. I pick mine up in a few weeks. Big Grin

Yes. Better texture and mag realse. That's in addition to the extra mag and backstraps.

I said the same thing until a friend brought a Glock 20 and a box of ammo for me to shoot at a range trip. It was easier to make hits with than I would have thought, and the recoil was not appreciably worse than shooting defensive rounds in my P220. I got over that grip angle business in fifteen rounds.

Have a couple of passes to the bath house, mbott. You'll find friends there.
