I just got a VERY low trade-in offer on a Staccato, so, perhaps, the entire pre-owned handgun market is a bit depressed, right now. Even without the “un-commanded discharge” situation, it might be difficult to move a pre-owned P320. Gun stores are not firearms museums.

On a related note, I got an extremely low offer on a high-end camera lens, too. Retailers may be worried, in general, about how folks are spending their discretionary income.

AIM Surplus has some carry and compacts, police trade-ins. Price on the compact was $299 but they're all X-Frame and I want the standard. Also, none with manual safeties.

I tried to like the 320. Just because of my wonderful experiences with the classic 226s, 228s and my sole 9mm 229. Not to mention my classic Sig M400 rifle. But I just can't. Even with the X series frame. And now the Ruger RXM is out there, doing it all better at a great price point.

If you do get one, I have standard compact frames I can give you. You can then pay it forward to someone here wanting the X-frame. My email is in my profile.

Breaking it down to pure metrics, I can shoot a 320 better than any Glock. Probably because of that trigger system and the ability to easily mod a 40 dollar part to your idea of perfection. On most other metrics the Glock hands down.

That's very nice of you! At the moment, everything is on hold while I handle an unexpected expense, but I still want to get a 320 while the prices are soft, so I'll be back on it shortly. A manual safety is important to me, though.
