Very nice. I have a new 6" version that I bought at the end of last year that I still haven't shot yet.

My new Python was built on 2-8-2022 and I fired it for the first time today . 170 rounds of .38 and .357 . No problems and at 15 yards both rounds hit right at POA.
The only two negatives to me are the heavy out of the box trigger pull and the trigger itself felt a little narrow .

Beautiful Colt Mars. And nice to hear positive news about the Python. Have you shot the 3" gun yet?

I might just. If they ramp up manufacturing.

If I do, you know there will be a video. Big Grin

I was leaning toward the S&W Model 19 Carry Comp, but now, I think I may have changed my mind.

Very cool. I'll add my name to the list of those who'd love to see a comparison video of the 3" and 4"!

I called Colt today on an unrelated issue and I got around to asking about production of the 3 inch Python. The guy I talked to said they were back ordered by a couple of thousand. It seems like there is a lot of demand for the Python!

Thinking I'll have to keep an eye out for a Python.

Coming this weekend, a review of the 3".

Heck it's only a gun and not some piece of one of a kind art. You only live once, so we are gonna shoot it!

It will be available at the next Cockatoo Farms Sig Shoot.

That was no range report. I paraphrase. "Gee,it's a nice shiny gun with "warm" wooden grips." He shoots single action at nothing, and his shooting technique is questionable. Laughable at best.
