It's possible they machine everything to "drop in" but the 1911 design doesn't really lend well to that.
Almost certainly drop in for what looks to be a basic 1911. But in a modern manufacturing environment that's completely acceptable and well within the tolerances of a 1911. I've seen WWII guns that rattle still shoot 2.5" groups. The 1911 is a pretty accurate platform even when not hand fitted.
