All but one of those cases are empty except for spar magazines... the red tape on them tells me there are spar mags in the case.... Most of the hand guns are locked away... but since we are friends I will tell you that some are in various places around the house loaded with one in the chamber.....

Depending on various definitions of "Signess" I have either 2, 3, 4, 6, or 9 Sigs.
M49, two P210-2, BDA 9mm, BDA 45, two P6, P228, M18. I'm going with 9.

Cool!

Let us know when #9 comes in.

It gets even better when you start importing them for yourself.

There was a bit of a flurry early in April.

Number 9 is a P226 Legion SA/DA.

Well as of yesterday I'm up to 13 now, 3 of which are variants of the P365. Am I doing better?

I really need to cool it for a while, or I may have lots of Sigs and no wife, and thus probably no more money for any more Sigs. Such a vicious circle!

Yeah. A couple of weeks ago I actually bought a couple of boxes of .50BMG, right out of the blue and for no apparent logical reason that I can think up, other than it seemed cool just to have some...you know, just in case.

However I have to plead to the gun gods...PLEASE don't have a Barrett suddenly show up at the shop anytime soon. I'd definitely need a new HUGE safe to accommodate one of those monsters.

And to the OP: congrats on your growing collection of SIGs. I sort of lost count of how many I've had (and still have), but it definitely can be addictive. I hit that epiphany immediately after I counted 8 different P226 variants in the safes some time ago. Still don't fully remember how that happened...

Worse yet, you may have to dispose some of those new SIGs for that leaving wife. I dunno; this sounds like the ideal time to get the missus into guns. If you can get her hooked, I think the growth potential for your SIG collection can be unstoppable. Big Grin Wink

Friend was over last night and I was wearing my Sauer and Sons tee shirt, friend is German. After some discussion she asked me, "Do you own one of those?" My answer was, "No, I don't own one."

then my wife interjected... " you don't want to know how many he owns, I don't know, and don't want to know."

Later that night I looked it up in my data base.... I actually did not know .... well, I thought I knew but I was wrong by 5.

7th? That's all? You don't need an intervention. You need a kick in the rear, my friend. Get moving. Razz

You know, what's funny about that is yesterday we went to Costco for the first time in quite a while, and by the time we were done we had spent almost $900. What went through my head after we checked out was how I have at least 4 Sigs that cost less than that shopping trip and are therefor a much better investment since they will last a lifetime. Decided not to point that out to the wife, though.

I've tried, she has no interest. In fact she doesn't even like when I carry, therefor most of the time when I do she doesn't even know I do. Her usual expressions are "Are you carrying your stupid gun" or "Did you buy another stupid gun?' Or in Costco when she noticed I paid with my Sportsman's Warehouse Visa card (for the points, of course) it was "I guess you got that card for your stupid guns" LOL. It may be for the better because if she got into it, she'd see how many "stupid guns" I have that she doesn't know I have. I think she's on the same page as Blume9mm's wife. Doesn't want to know. Which is OK.
