The fact that you counter with it being widely used means you’re missing the point that the phrase can’t be overly used to the point that it doesn’t hold meaning. That’s just math, don’t be upset, I promise it’s just teasing. I’d love to shoot half your collection. But also understand that a lot of aren’t in a group of, “can’t afford”. We’re just in a group that has different interests and desires.

I honestly don’t use the term often and I never said anyone couldn’t afford what they want. I certainly understand different interests and priorities. I don’t have kids and if I did, my priorities would likely be much different. That being so, I am more free to spend funds on hobbies, handguns being one of them and also one that has turned into a good investment for me.
I have spent a lot of time researching and working with importers to acquire some rare stuff I have over the years, none of which I’ve posted in this thread.

Also, he clashed with certain high-visibility members and that, ultimately, was his undoing.
He was a valuable contributor with regards to the P210 and if he could have simply been more genuine and relatable, he would be welcome here still.

Twice I have explained to you why the term is misapplied when it comes to handguns and now I am telling you that it matters not how many people are misapplying the term; they're still misapplying it. I remember many of his posts fondly. He was an absolute encyclopedia of P210 knowledge, and there’s no question I learned a few things from him.
