My P365XL is less than a year old and started having light primer strikes yesterday. I put the MCarbo spring kit on a while ago, so I just figured I'd throw the stock striker spring back on. But when I pulled it all apart, the striker tip looked wrong. It was short and uneven. So I pulled the one out of my older P365 and it was longer and more uniform looking. I'm kind of leaning toward an aftermarket upgrade anyway. But I wouldn't mind having a new stock one from SIG. I don't feel like returning this gun to stock for the warranty claim. Can I just mail them the striker?

You will have to send in the whole gun, because they will need to test fire it to ensure proper function, before returning it to you.
