Hello all, Apex say that the forward set trigger bar does not work properly with the P320 sub compact grip due to the mold of the grip. Is it possible to modify the grip, say with a Dremmel, to get it to work consistently, or should we not go there...?

I have a P320 with the forward set apex bar, but ended up with it in a compact and carry grip module. I've used it in the original sig factory grip, wilson grip, and the x-grip, without a problem. I don't recall if I put it in the subcompact grip module, but I don't have the module any more (another member here wanted one). Personally, with all the options out there, I wouldn't bother with modifying the sig subcompact grip. I'd probably just drop it in the wilson compact grip, instead. That would mean getting different magazines (15 round vs. 12 round, for the 9mm), though. The wall of the grip module provides containment for the trigger bar as it moves (and the return spring). A rough dremelled surface, or one that's relieved too much, might hinder operation, rather than help. Can't say for sure, but I wouldn't bother. I thought about it with mine, and decided that there were other options.
