I've only got about 325 rounds through my Gen 5 G19, but I'm extremely happy with it.

Swapped the FP spring for an OEM Glock "red" spring to slightly increase the pull weight and reset force, and this pistol is now just what I want.

The new finish is pretty nice, though a bit slick.

FWIW, I came from a Gen 2 G19, which was my carry gun for most of the past 6 years. I doubt that I'll sell my Gen 2 guns, but I'm very happy with this new model.

I have Gen 4's (a 17 and a 19...). My overall impression of the Gen 5 is...meh... Maybe that will change but for now I have my eye on a CZ...
