Beautiful photos, Rockchalk06. Cellphone, or SLR?
The setup using the weathered wood fence, blue sky
background really compliment the photos. Good job!

Thank you. Cellphone. Just an iPhone X standard point and shoot. I did crop the photos, resized them and that was all. The weather fence at around 1700-1800 hours gives the best lighting for photos

Absolutely beautiful. Probably #1 on my priority list right now, I will be interested in how that finish holds up, especially if it's going into a holster often.

Thanks for posting.

Congrats!!

You have a fine pistol there (and great photos!). I have two P226 Legion SAOs and both shoot wonderfully. This was the pistol that introduced me to the flat trigger, and I liked it so much that I replaced the triggers on my DA/SA P229 Legions and DA/SA P226 Legions with Gray Guns flat triggers. Enjoy shooting that beauty.

This one will probably never be in a holster, but my P229 Legion spent a year in one and held up well.

I also have a 226 Legion sao and it's by far my favorite centerfire handgun to take to the range, for a long time though about an STI 2011 but honestly my 226 Legion sao with some 20 rdn mags is just as good and a lot less expensive.

Well Rockchalk06, your photo of that P226 Legion SAO so excited me that this afternoon, after contacting some Sig dealers here in Grand Rapids, I
scored one. Now to head for the range and "check it Out!!!"

Agreed. Honestly, I just prefer the look and feel of the P226. I’m still getting used to not having a decocker and a long first pull. I cut my teeth on a 1911 and carried one on and off duty for the better part of 10 years. Having gone to a DA/SA, it’s a minor challenge to run it fast. I’m enjoying the hell out of it though.

I’m glad I could contribute to the sickness!
