What is you preference for Mag Carrier Attachment Types, and under what circumstances if it makes a difference to you ?

Examples like Spring Belt Clips, Fixed Belt Slots, Fixed Tunnel Loops, Snap Tunnel Loops, etc., and specifically with or without Sweat Shields?

What say you?

For a foray into questionable territory, double mag carrier, fixed slots (same with holster), open top, no sweat shield.

For a quick run to the store, it's in my offside front pocket in a cut down Uncle Mike's.

Neomag in left front pocket. It’s been an effective solution for me since about 2015.

Molle, I can adjust ride height depending on the length of the mag. Being OWB, sweat shield isn't as critical.

My usual EDC is a leather double mag pouch worn OWB (as is the holster). On occasion, I will use Pitbull Tactical clip-on mags because they can be worn either OWB or IWB, and they fit a variety of mags that I might want to carry that day.

Iwb kydex clip-on single stack. I've also repurposed knife pouches (ka-bar). But my current carrier gives me 2 mags.

Bravo Concealment OWB kydex belt loop style double mag carrier, vertical. I about wore out a couple DeSantis leather pull-the-dot snap types over the course of about a decade and decided to retire them. I like the double carrier, and surprisingly, it doesn't really print much under an untucked shirt. I should probably get one set up for IWB, but honestly, there's only so much stuff I like tucking inside my belt, and the gun is about it.

It’s such a wide open question.

For most of my uses, I like to use Tek Lok where I can. For instance with a Velcro inner/outer belt , I use Teklok with Velcro on the back to make it adhere to the inner belt and not shift up or down.

A 3D printed mag pouch. I have been using them awhile now without issue.

for whatever you carry, get the sweat shield, otherwise you'll need to pull them every evening and wipe them down. The salt in your sweat will kill metal, even to the point of causing rust.

Of course plastic Glock mags not withstanding, still you'll want to clean them up.. Especially in summer months.

I have a snag mag in (on) my left front pocket. It looks like folding knife clip to others (at least I hope/think so).

I use a reload wrap, it's like a neomag or a snagmag but entirely fabric. https://www.reloadwrap.com/

Depends on the situation. For classes, I use a magazine carrier from Raven Concealment that fully encloses the belt. It's inconvenient as I have to thread the belt in but it's very solid. For EDC, I have been using carriers from Comp-Tac and JM Custom. They clip onto the belt but they can possible snag and break the clip. I have bent the clips on the Comp-Tac carriers and sometimes they are still usable but eventually break. The ones from JMCK have replaceable clips. I also recently tried the Neomag and still getting used to it.
