Someone at Springfield Armory marketing is scrolling through this tread and cannot believe the 'grip zone' was not mentioned! For me, it has to be the Walter PPQ or the H&K VP9.

IMO the most ergonomic modern pistol is a P30 or P30L. It feels like it was made for my hand. I also love the P365 AXG Legion. It feels great in hand as well.

Sig p230. This was my CC in the 1990s. I went in to buy a Walther and saw the P230 and picked it up. It was and stil is the best feeling gun. It’s pretty much a safe queen at this point but I still love it.

1. CZ 75B Omega Convertible 2. Glock 19 Gen 6 with Medium grip 3. P239 I realize these are three different grip sizes, but they all feel nearly perfect in their own right. I have XL hands. Me too. Unfortunately, the one I had had a HORRIBLE trigger. Creepy, gritty and pull measured in metric tons. I sold it as part of scrounging up the down payment on the Cabota and have never gotten around to replacing it. At my age I'm more about seeing my current guns getting a good home than obtaining more. Be careful when following the masses. Sometimes the M is silent.

Sig P226. This one has the most natural feel in my hand and it feels great to shoot. "Prepared in mind and resources"

The following fit my hand perfectly with no modifications:
Of all the ones that didn't fit perfectly without changes, the CZ 75b PCR fit the best after customizations [short reach trigger and thin grips]. Other pistols were adjusted to fit well, including the Sig P220/225/226/320, but none felt as 'good' after those changes as the CZ 75b PCR did. And then there are those that just never fit great, but were good enough- like a Tokarev TT-33 or a Glock 3rd Gen [california here- can't get newer models, or even buy Glocks anymore]. Sigs and Non-Sigs: I enjoy having options!

My fingers are so long that I’ve found the Hk P30 with large grips/side panels is the only pistol that gives me enough space to truly lock in my support hand.

Sig 226 reigned for quite some time. Then I got a 365 X Macro and a 228 and they fit just a bit better. However the 226 is still my favorite. Though the more I shoot the 228 the closer that gets to being my favorite. ———————————————— The world's not perfect, but it's not that bad. If we got each other, and that's all we have. Yooper you are well within your rights to like or hate anything you want. But honestly this has me stumped. The P225 classic fits my hand perfectly. But I find the trigger reach on the BHP to be slightly too short for my comfort. How do you not experience the same? Again, not critical of your choics, just really curious. Thank you.

I've had a few 225-A1s, but shooting them is not as good as holding them. They feel kinda cramped for a best description. My 226 Legion fits and shoots perfect for me! Love the under cut and G10s.
