I came across a 2001 EMF Californian in 44 special.

I'm impressed with how slick it is.
It feels identical to Marzy's 1956 Colt.

44 Special is one of my favorite calibers. One can load mild to wild!! Put 44 Spec. in a SSA and you have a great combo. Congrats

I've been wanting a .44 for a while.
I was beside myself when I saw this and was able to strike a deal for it!
45CAL had sent me a bag of brass and a mountain of lead bullets he cast years ago.
Well Ralph, I'm putting them to good use!!

Cool!

I found an old .44 by J.P. Sauer and Sohn. One of my favorites!

Sweet six shooter ya got there. Should serve you well for many years.

I have one in 45LC. It's by Hy-Hunter/Hollywood Arms.

Marked Saur and Sohns on the barrel.

It's a slick gun.

Feels every bit as good as my Colt and the .44spl just hits the sweet spot between big bore and light recoil.

If you want light recoil and a case full of powder, then give Trail Boss a try. I have used it a lot in 45LC, 44 Spec, and 38-40cal. Burns clean and sort of smells like black powder when you fire it!!

I have a couple of pounds of it. I may do that.
Those were 4 grains of red dot.

That looks like fun!

Cheers to 45 Cal, too.
