My new P322 is junk

Lots of 22LR devices here to compare. Got G44 years ago, got P322 and FN502 this year. Favorite is the FN502 for the way it handles and metal magazines. P322 is finicky on ammo but runs great with the proper loads. G44 shoots great but not optics or suppressor ready.

How does it shoot suppressed? I had a 250-22 that I sent off to have a threaded extension added to it. Once it came back it spit so much unburnt powder and gas between the frame and slide back at the shooter that I didn’t keep it long.

I finally got to the range Friday and other than one bad Federal Champion I didn’t have any FTF. I did have a few subsonic rounds that fired but didn’t strip the next round from the mag. I shot half a dozen boxes rounds and another 65-70 that were in a box and apart from their head stamp I’m not sure what they were.

I was just shooting some metal swingers from 15 yards and the RomeoZero Elite made that pretty the easy but the disappointing part was none of the 22’s could swing the targets to the other side.

While the 322 isn’t my favorite, it’s fun, reliable and fairly accurate even in my shaky hand (which I probably owe to the optic)!

I’ve decided to stay away from subs because of occasional reliability issues and mini-mags when shooting suppressed and as I mentioned I haven’t had any problems with blow-back shooting with standard loads I get pretty good accuracy, and my old YHM 22 suppressor it’s hearing safe.
