Intriguing...But why doesn't it say XTen on the slide, or XTen-c? Seriously... ____________________________________________________________ If Some is Good, and More is Better.....then Too Much, is Just Enough !! Trump 2024....Make America Great Again! Well, they have my attention. I'm not sure how I feel about the comp, but I'm not going to knock it until I try it, because I had to eat crow after mocking the P365 Specter Comp. These will work with regular .45 grip modules, right? I've always hated the X-Grips.

I actually like the plain slide. I’ll be getting one for sure, been waiting for a shorter slide and I do like the X-Series grip. 10 years to retirement! Just waiting!

probably a good thing I don't have a cut |
You know they came out with this just because 2000Z-71 was having so much trouble with his S&W M&P 10mm.

You can hate the way it looks, but you'll like the way it shoots! ____________________________________________________________ If Some is Good, and More is Better.....then Too Much, is Just Enough !! Saw $949 online but that’s likely chasing the beta tester’s wallets. ETA: MSRP $949.00 10 years to retirement! Just waiting!

It's not the looks...It's the ballistic sacrifice that must be made to shorten an already short barrel on a compact gun. And the extra flash and blast that it produces out the top of the gun. But that wasn't really a problem with how they did it on the P365, so maybe it won't be an issue here, either. And yeah, $949 ain't happening!

It's a Ten, guys. That got to count for some extra bills. Also, to justify the $1299 price tag, when the AXG comes out. Lol. Q

I’m gonna only look at the positives, because I’m selfish and want a 4” 320 10mm… At least this release wasn’t, “leaked”. And that’s a hard no at MSRP, I’m in the $699 camp for something like this, which it’ll undoubtedly get down to. 10 years to retirement! Just waiting!

A regular carry model P320 has a 3.9" barrel and this one has a 3.8" barrel. So they barely shortened the barrel and then extended the length of the slide to add the "comp" to it. How much of a ballistic sacrifice is that? Also, the grip module takes full size 15 round magazines. So it's not a compact pistol.

It’s MORE compact by Sig’s own naming convention we would call this a Carry model! 10 years to retirement! Just waiting!

Yeah. They make mistakes on their webpages all the time. I've asked them for clarifications on conflicting information on their product pages before using the "Questions" tab and they've replied that it was a mistake and would be corrected. Which it eventually was. This message has been edited. Last edited by: Paten,

Hmmmm, after more than 2k rounds through it, 2 trips to the factory, replacing the recoil spring assembly with the heavier unit from Galloway precision, replacing the mag springs with Springer Precision, polishing the feedramo, polishing the chamber and replacing the extractor from Apex, it seems to be behaving. That said, I'm still not sure I'm ever going to trust it. Intrigued with this. I have an X Ten that I absolutely love. While on paper there's not much difference between it and the 4" M&P, holding them together the X Ten seems a whole bigger and heavier. I may wait a couple of months and see if they come out with a 4" non-compensated version. My daughter can deflate your daughter's soccer ball.

After all those swaps of parts there is zero chance I would trust that gun for any real purpose other than range toy. I would dump it and get this. The integrated comp works on the 365 so I have no reason to think it’s not effective on this gun. I would absolutely carry a 320 in a good OWB holster with no worries. This will make a great woods gun. I’m not a 10 mike mike guy though so I will just have to wait for you guy’s stories.

I have lived the greatest adventure |
To paraphrase Indiana Jones, "Rails, why'd it have to have rails?". If they offered a frame without rails, I'd buy one in a heartbeat. Already been considering one, but a frame without rails would be the clincher. I do think it feels fantastic in the hand. I'm curious about how it would carry, or whether I would consider it for carry. Phone's ringing, Dude.

It's a P320. I imagine with a little judicious use of a dremel and some sandpaper the rail could be dispensed with if you absolutely cannot abide its presence. At worst you'd only be out a $40 grip module. Honestly, I used to feel the same, but haven't found the rail to be an issue at all on my 92X or P220 Compact. The P320 is a plastic pistol, and as such I object even less to the rail as there were no classic lines to spoil to start with.

I’d definitely take it without the rail but don’t ever think Sig will do it that way. I’m okay with it, like 92 said, it ain’t a classic that looks better without it. 10 years to retirement! Just waiting!
