The comped Macro is going for 699 around here all day. I can’t imagine an easier to produce slide can be anything but that or less.

probably a good thing I don't have a cut |
I just noticed that besides the new slide and clearance for the manual safety that model appears to have a magwell on it as well. Interesting.

This configuration sure looks like they could move away from pushing the 320 as hard and start peddling the 365 line. With the "Civi" macro your getting the ports, which I don't care about. This one has no ports and has the XL barrel in it. So it would be geared more toward LE carry in a duty type role. Most agencies won't allow a 3 inch barrel in a uniformed role. Sig 3.6 and 3.9 barrel lengths have always been allowed, so why not the 3.7 of the 365XL. I wouldn't be surprised if a 365 Duty model came out that was just slightly bigger than this LE version. Due to Current Contracts, the 320 is here to stay, but that doesn't mean they won't switch gears or platforms while trying to secure future contracts. Aside from everything else going on with sig and the 320, the two biggest complaints about the 320, and most legacy series guns is they are wide, and have a high bore axis. Looking at the 365 series, it revises both of those issues, it's super thin per capacity, and their bore axis is lower. TXPO

Coldborecustom.com | |||
