I always look at the whole deal. If the gun is currently produced and comes with 3 magazines, what can I get a new one for? How much does the used one cost and how much will it cost me to get the missing magazines? Is it worth the difference? If the gun is no longer being made, how available are they and what do they cost? It is all part of deciding if you want that gun at that price. What a seller includes with a used gun is up to him. If you buy it or not is up to you. I have several guns that I have purchased extra magazines for. I have told my son that when I die, if he sells them to include 2 mags with each gun and sell the rest seperately.

What if you don't get the little screwdriver? The wax paper?

The fish is mute, expressionless. The fish doesn't think because the fish knows everything.

I bought a used P229 Legion. Not GB, but a local board. Fellow sold it with all original magazines, two unused, a mecgar 14 round, and two Legion cases. And ammo. Hornady critical duty.

It all depends on the seller.

As Ironworker points out it works both ways. Sometimes you can get a really good deal on a package where a seller includes additional magazines and maybe even a holster.
