How does the current 2 free mags promotion work? I've submitted my receipt and it was approved, so will they just mail me 2 free mags or do I get a code for the sig website to order them there?

Sorry, I'm no good with these kind of things. I wish they'd just make their instructions clear and plain.

Yes!

Very hard to figure out.

Basically, go to the Sig webstore. Put the two mags you want in your cart. Go to the checkout screen, put in the code you got in your email from being approved. Finish checkout at $0.00 then your mags come in the mail.

OK. I guess I'm waiting on an email then. Thank you for the reply.

I have submitted 3 times and been rejected 3 times. I bought my gun through the ShootSIG program which is direct from SIG. I submitted the PDF receipt they furnished. I've emailed the CS email and waiting to hear back on that. Becoming disillusioned and disappointed with SIG.

Mine was also rejected the first 2 times I submitted. Did you check the status page for the reason you were denied? My first 2 were rejected for being an incomplete picture. Also, if your serial number wasn't on the receipt, that may also be an issue.

I found my email in my junk file after the third time I searched my email. Picked out mags this morning.

Mine was a generic complaint about the information. I'm sure it was the lack of S/N. But being it was SIG created and issued I believe they should accept it anyway. I'll be phoning them Monday if I don't hear back before then.

This is a timely thread...

I just purchased a P365 Fuse and I'm overjoyed that I would receive two free additional magazines. Worth about $100.

Per their email, I submitted the form and it was rejected...twice.

I finally called and the Sig guy couldn't understand why it was rejected. "I don't get it. The Fuse is definitely on the list. Let me try and figure this out."

After some extensive research he found that my Fuse was the LE version and they aren't on the approved list.

Really?

I submitted mine and was approved. It basically covers up to $100 for the 2 mags. I tried to buy 2 of the 21 round p365 mags ($65 a piece) and I would have had to pay about $36 out of pocket. Still a great deal.

I believe there is a place to enter a serial number on the webpage if it is not shown on your receipt. Filled it in for mine as a just in case.

I bought a MK25 and was rejected too because it was a LEO version.

Mine was rejected the first time for lack of serial number. Approved after that. I got 2 18 round mags instead of 15 round max for my 226 for free!

I don't have the pistol yet so I don't know the S/N. But I have a PDF receipt marked paid and issued by SIG themselves. Seems to me that should count.

Bought the Fuse, I too was rejected twice. First time said couldn’t read receipt. ( it was a clear pic with serial number included) Second time said not on approved list. Disappointed in the process. Seems from this thread I am not alone.

A few minutes ago I got an email response from CS, basically repeating what the site said. I replied attaching copies of my two receipt PDF's pointing out they clearly say "prepaid by credit card" and that I was counting on him to get it put through for me. We'll see what happens next.
