Damn you P7 owners!
I still kick myself for not snatching one of them when I had the chance, but I had other things going on at the end of the import run, before that, I never thought the run would end.
No ones fault but my own.

The P7 series are fun guns up until the 40th or 50th round or so, then my hand gets a little warm.

H&K has a lot of fun stuff:
MP-5's, G-53's, G-3's

Mr J. M. Browning churned out some nice toys as well: 1911, BHP's!
Let us not forget the M-2! The only thing that sucks about it is humping it around.
Then again, anything "Belt Fed" is fun, just as long as it's someone else's ammo. (Thank you Uncle Sam!) M-60, M-240, M-249.

I've never had a bad time with a higher end Beretta Shotgun. Hell, even a Mossberg 500 series or a Remmington 870 is fun. Unless it's got that damn metal folding stock- that just sucks.

One of my favorite little plinkers is an M-1 Carbine!
I've never had a bad time with a S&W 19 or 66, but a Python is just a little more fun!

End of the day, if I want to head out to the range and just focus on shooting all day- Ruger 10/22 and MK IV.

I would have to say my FN 509T. It just feels great in the hand and makes me look like an expert shot.

Really been enjoying 3rd gen Smiths lately.

But my all time favorite is Sig P-series.

My favorite gun of all to shoot is my Remington 700, rebarreled to 6.5CM and in a chassis type stock.

My favorite pistol would be my Dan Wesson Guardian .45.

Good topic. Overall most fun? Probably my CZ 452 .22, full stock with open sights.
Most fun pistol? I think I'll go with Jackpot and say HKP7 due to its accuracy, soft recoil, and uniqueness.

Overall, always find the .22 auto to be a lot of fun!

The P229 is a perennial favorite as it is the first gun I bought.


The P320 took over EDC until I went to pocket carry. I shoot it great. It just lacks personality.


The P7 is cool. But I don’t like the trigger and don’t shoot it rapidly well.


The 1911 is a laser beam even with minuscule sights.


The P230 is just sleek and sexy. But it sucks to shoot being direct blowback.


For no real good reason, I find the FN 509 one of the most fun to shoot. I really don’t know why. Grips are too thin for my tastes, the trigger is so-so. Really good grip texture. Kinda like the mag release oval button.

Ruger MkIV suppressed. Always a fun time when I bring it.

I love shooting a lot of guns and have several with rails and lights and optics and such but these classic Security Six and P225 are my favorites, the Security Six especially so with .38 special loads.

looks like there are a lot of ruger fans here...that is a sweet little pistol..
kinda surprised no one has ranted about a colt SAA, or any of it's cousins.....those are a blast as well....

Of the guns that I own, I have a very strong affinity towards shooting the P220ST with the older style rail. It just makes me happy.

Of the ones that I don’t own, I had a real blast shooting a friend’s work-issued MP5-k with a suppressor. I had never shot full-auto before and that was a real treat. Likewise, I had never shot suppressed and that is my absolute favorite. When I leave California, I’ll be investing in a few suppressors for my collection.

Many mentions of .22 pistols in this thread. I’ll chime in with my Beretta 87 Target. Many don’t like the 87T’s trigger, but I get good results with it, and it eats all ammo. Looks cool too.

And my SIG P238. Sooo much better than my .380 Interarms Walther PPK/S.

And my SIG P226 X5 Comp. Such a soft shooting 9mm.

So many good choices already noted and I really enjoy every firearm I own. “Most fun” for me will likely have to go to the wheelguns, with this trio of S&W Model 27s at the top of the heap.

5” 27-2 with factory targets is a blast. The 4” 27-3 with Keith Brown grips is a bit better shooter for me. Top-top honors go to the 3-1/2” 27-2 wearing Bear Hug grips. All three get fired regularly and all three are carried at various times (even the 5-incher).

The gun that was the most fun I ever shot was an M67 Recoiless Rifle when I was in the Army. Sending a 90mm projectile down range was awesome fun. It was like your own personal artillery piece.

I've tossed this around a bit and, looking back again, the nod goes to my 2 ODCMP M1 Garands. First was Springfield and later a beautiful HRA which belonged to a man who passed away. He got his back in 1978 at Christmas time and never fired it. Such a unique rifle. After gathering up Marine Corp shooting jackets from Fulton Armory, new Boyds walnut stock and hand guard, sight protectors, MT chamber flags, slings, linseed oils, shooting mat and gobs of enbloc clips, I starting reloading for the HRA. Picked up 6,500 once fired casings through my local clubs. I could go on. Needless to say, after all the gear was assembled, only thing left to do was enjoy shooting a historic battle rifle. M1, most fun to shoot for me.
