Thank you, all! Good suggestions. I'll start looking at a couple of these for my mags. I have roughly 3 mags for every pistol I own. Some of them are similar. I have a P220 in 9mm and two P220s in .45ACP. Been to the range where I brought a P220 in .45ACP only to have 9mm mags. Sort of ruins your range day; other than makes you feel like a jerk!!!

Harbour Freight offers a plastic ammo box by
Bunker Hill.

It holds two 50 round boxes of ammo and a half a dozen mags.
For under $5.00.

No it won't survive being air dropped during your insertion in to
a top secret LZ

But it stacks nice and has a handle on top

My magazines ended up in the large shallow drawer in a rolling toolbox, and that was a mess. So I 3D printed a couple of holders for various versions. They fit fairly tightly, and I "printed holes" into them for mounting to other surfaces.

Further, I put holes in the ends of them, so I could insert dowels and pin a string of them together.

Glad to help you guys out with similar -- email is in my profile.

God bless America.

I have been involved in shooting sports for many years and have picked a lot of mags along the way. I have been using storage boxes from Dillon Precision for guns that I have many mags for. The large box holds 14 to 15 mags for Sigs, Glocks and similar mags. The smaller box holds 4 to 5 380 or small 9mm mags.
