Have you seen where others were able to slightly modify the standard wood grips?

OP, you might want to post a WTB in the Classifieds. Q

Thank you for your responses. Shack: I have heard/seen some of it being done, but I like the Sig version because it is 'thin' and has a rough texture all the way through. 12131: I was considering that as well-but since this is my first foray into the P210 Carry thought would get the most traction/views here. It looks GREAT with the multicolored G10 grip, but also appreciate wood grips on an all metal gun...

Following along because I could be interested in wood grips for my 210 Carry also. No car is as much fun to drive, as any motorcycle is to ride.

I called Sig and they seemed to think they had some for sale at some point? Apparently it requires a different grip screw as well, and they state no longer making the Custom Carry anymore...

SIG store is out. Top Gun Supply (surprisingly) didn't have any. Here are some places you will find grips, but may not be the exact ones you're looking for: GunBroker eBay Hogue Hogue Armory Craft Best Pistol Grips I don't know anything about these. Phone's ringing, Dude.

If you decide on Hogue, make sure to pick the one made for the aluminum frame gun. That’s the Carry. The steel frame grips are for the full size models (Target and Standard). Q
