gruntjimHuge Praise for SIG Custom Shop
I know, pics or it didn't happen.
I recently got a 1994 W. German marked P226, in sore need of refurb. It was pitted in places, the trigger was inconsistent, and it was apparent the springs needed replacing.
I had SIG refinish the slide and barrel, replace the worn parts, and replace the wear parts. A nice bonus was the hammer spring now yields a 10 pound DA pull.
SIG really outdid themselves, for less than $300 (including shipping).

Il CattivoWhat kind of finish did you get?

gruntjimThe original matte blue.
There's no mistaking that pistol for anything other than a Mercedes-level sidearm.

ZSMICHAELHow did the shipping work? Did they email a shipping label both ways and tack it onto the total cost? What was the turn around time?

gruntjim$55, and about two weeks total.
In fairness, it needed the total going over.
It seems they back up at the new year.
