I have a 226 from 1995 which is long overdue for a new set of night sights. Exeter made w/ k-kote, and only stamped with the number "8" on left side. My question to the brain trust is can we know from that era alone, whos sights these were? I'd like to send out for just the vials if that is possible.

With apologies, do not have pic hosting or would do that, but can email to someone if helpful.

Original NS for SIGs were Trijicon. Mepro is later. Email me the pics, if OP wants.

Thank you all for replies. I figured someone would know. Sort of remembered that they were likely Trijicon but that was soooo long ago.

12131, email sent.

Still there for $120 (Sights only)
https://www.sigsauer.com/sig-s...ervices-and-upgrades

May as well send it in for the full service package for $150 as it includes night sights.

^^^ Full Service Package (FSP) does not include night sights = $90 plus shipping

SIG Service Package (SSP) is FSP + night sights = $150 plus shipping

Update for those watching. Yes Trijicon will replace vials on most of their sights, these OE are @ $19 a vial, which is $57 for set of 3 sights. Get an RA number and get slide or bare sights to them. They'll send it back! I'll be back in business soon, yay!

I have had Trijicon relamp several sets of night sights. They once sent me someone else's sights. There was no way to ID whose they were. When I called to explain, they just mailed me a whole new set for my gun and I gave away the others. They didn't want them back.
