This is a relatively new offering from Proarmis and it’s a great one The design is sort of a cross between a CZ Shadow 2 and a Pardini GT9, yet manages to feel a bit different than either one and that’s different in a good way. The Prodynamic’s trigger is adjustable every which way, but I’m not touching anything. Its perfect the way it is. Frankly, it could be the nicest pivoting trigger in my collection and rivals some of the top 2011 triggers. It breaks at a very light and crisp 1.75lbs and the reset is fantastic.

This pistol is fairly lightweight at about 35oz with an empty magazine. While that might seem heavy to some big fans of polymer pistols, its definitely light for a full size competition pistol. The frame is aluminum, but Proarmis is also offering a steel framed model at some point. Personally, I have enough steel frame pistols and I love the balance of this one in this original configuration. The build quality is outstanding, although it may need a bit of break-in, judging from how tight the slide to frame fitting is. Racking it feels like a new Les Baer 1911, so its very tight. I love the old school look with the black finish and stippled walnut grips, with the matte silver controls adding a touch of flair. It’s a beautiful and very high quality handgun. Priced at $4300.

Slovenia has been building some of the finest pistols in the world of late. Please enjoy the pictures.

Even the internals are like a jewel.

Congrats! I read about these when they first came out, but I didn’t think they’d ever be available in the US.

If I were in the market, I would probably insist on a steel frame. Does it take CZ75 mags? In any case, what a cool pistol.

First thought was that it looks like a CZ & P210 hybrid.

Yes it takes CZ 75 mags. I don’t believe any of the steel frames are in the country yet. Hopefully soon. This gun is really well balanced with it’s aluminum frame.

Nice looking gun. Clearly different, but it kinda reminds me of the old 9mm and 9x18 Berellis somehow.

Definitely has a P210 vibe also, but its really a cross between a Shadow 2 and Pardini GT9

Is the bore axis as low as the Pardini’s?

No car is as much fun to drive, as any motorcycle is to ride.

No, the Prodynamic’s bore axis is on par with the CZ Shadow 2. The Pardini’s bore is lower.

That being said, I prefer the ergos on the Prodynamic.
