An additional question on those Magna-style stocks - are they possibly marked “AJE” inside? Heck, I'll bore anybody. AJE = Art Jewel Enterprises which became Eagle grips. Just got a set of AJE N-frame Round butt target stocks on a gun I just bought, Not correct for that gun so they go in my "grip drawer". Adios, Pizza Bob NRA Benefactor Member | |||

^^ LOL - yes, indeed, Art Jewel! A set of AJE checkered Magnas arrived with a Model 27 I’d bought some time back and I had to do a little digging to find out what the heck they were. There's a 28-2 with a 6 inch barrel at the Bass Pro Shop near me that would be sitting next to me right now if I did not just have a massive car repair bill due Monday. | |||

That's a beautiful gun. I'd have to enjoy owning it but not even turn it to keep it line free. If it isn't the best looking example in existence it's awfully close. Thanks! I've taken it to the range twice and put about 50 rounds or so through it. Still no line showing and range use will be pretty sparse going forward. | |||
