Absolutely gorgeous.

IMO, you got the better end of that deal.

Congratulations.

Beautiful! Those old Smith & Wessons are simply gorgeous and that is a true beauty right there. Condition is just about perfect.

I love the old Smith revolvers. I've got way too many. What dash is that?

I prefer stainless, but sometimes, I'll take a walk on the dark side. That's gorgeous!

That's a fine specimen! Although I don't own a 19, my Dad does. The only K frame I have is a 65-5. Dad's 19 has a little surface rust on the bluing. I would love to get it refinished one day.

Very nice! I had a P&R one that I purchased in unfired condition a while back, but I foolishly sold it. I prefer shooting my 586, but I still love the looks of the Model 19 more.

Here's a pic. I think it was a -3

Thank you guys for all the kind words. She is a beauty and pairs well with the 4” 625 that I purchased from the same buddy.

The only thing that would make it better, it if was nickel. All of my Smiths are nickel except for a 25-5.

Beautiful gun there. I got my stepdad's mod. 14 after he passed away, and it looks just like the 19, only 2 inches longer. It's a fun one to shoot.
