What is best Ammo to carry in P7?

I have been told to use 124 gr NATO, or if that is not available, 124 gr FMJ RN +P. I use the NATO in mine.

I believe that 147 gr is not recommended.

Per the manual- no +P+, no lead, no bullets less than 100 grains.

Apparently 147 grain causes function issues. 124 Gold Dot seems to be the most accurate in mine.
