There have been several references in recent threads about "something" going on at B&T but no details. Are the rest of us mere humans allowed to know what is taking place? I really dislike when comments are made to something going on but then no details follow. Kind of like click bait bullshit. Spill it or don't mention it. I doubt the full story will ever be released. Sounds like B&T USA isn't paying B&T AG resulting in a lawsuit. Sorry, my last embed failed. Here's the youtube link.

Since we’re telling each other what to do, you should’ve stopped after the first sentence. Nobody needed a look at your diaper rash. Everything up to that was fine and a reasonable way to start a conversation. ______________________________________________ "If the truth shall kill them, let them die.” Endeavoring to master the subtle art of the grapefruit spoon.

Short version is that B&T AG terminated B&T-USA’s license to distribute and sell B&T products in the U.S. because of non-payment of invoices. Than means that currently no imports of Swiss made B&T guns or accessories, until B&T AG finds a new partner in the U.S. B&T suppressors for civilian sale are made in the U.S., however since they use B&T IP and trademarks, it’s likely those aren’t being made anymore either. Right now, B&T AG says they still provide warranty on Swiss made B&T products, but not on B&T suppressors made in the U.S. TLDR version: B&T-USA screwed B&T AG so B&T imports from Switzerland have halted.

Never liked the Swiss, they make them little clocks, these two cocksuckers come out of 'em with these little hammers, hit each other on the head. What kind of sick mentality is that?

There's PLENTY of good AMERICAN companies making super high quality suppressors. ____________________________ Eeewwww, don't touch it! Here, poke at it with this stick.

I'm one that has talked in shorthand as I sometimes think I'm just talking to a couple of guys who already up on the inside baseball of the suppressor world but here's a little more about it. You want the long version? Here ya go. The best info I have is from the video link Vgex posted. Karl Brugger is the "B" in B&T AG (Switzerland) so that's the best source of info for the Switzerland half of the story. My impression is Karl is a good dude and you can tell he has lived his life in Switzerland, a "high trust" environment. I like that he is discussing things as frank as is he is in the middle of a lawsuit. I'm sure there were conversations in 2024 or 2025 about $1m in past due invoices, then $5m, then $10 million. I bet B&T USA told Karl we'll pay you next month and Karl believed them. When Karl showed up at Shot Show in January and found out not only was he getting stiffed out of $15 million but many US dealers had been stiffed on orders, Karl finally hit his limit and severed the relationship between USA and AG. I think B&T AG will find a new importer and be up and running in 6 months, honoring warranties for Swiss made products. All the suppressors are made in the US side. After Shot Show B&T USA kept saying everything was going great. This week I started seeing 40% off on B&T suppressors, so I'm thinking the fire sale has finally started. Can't predict the future but I occasionally like to make a forecast and I think B&T USA will be a bankrupt entity soon. I don't think anyone wants to buy that debt. I think the money has been embezzled and is gone. There is a DMLS printer farm that was just moved from Florida to Utah. I don't know what personnel went with them. There will be some knowledge and some machinery that will reform as something. I don't see the new entity instantly having a good enough reputation and being ready to make 70,000 suppressors a year like they told Karl they would. There's some shady stuff going on with Sean Sullivan who worked for Homeland Security, also owner of Trident Firearms that Karl mentioned in the video and was an executive/co-owner at B&T USA. He was indicted for selling machine guns along with Larry Vickers (famous Special Ops guy). They were using their FFLs to come up with reasons to sell machine guns to police departments. If you are looking for missing money I think you start with him also. Other parties: Here's some speculation on my part but, I'm thinking Chris Mudget might have seen the handwriting on the wall after his boss got indicted, left his job at B&T last year and founded Echocore Suppressors. If that's how it went down, smart move by him. B&T has been printing suppressors for PSA/Advanced Armament Corporation, Exigent Defense and other companies and there might be a disruption there. That will be interesting to watch. "The left can't applaud me because their hands are in other people's pockets." - Javier Milei
